Jatech follows industry best practice by placing software source code in 'Escrow'.

Escrow is an arrangement whereby a software owner agrees with its clients to deposit source code of its products with an independent third party (‘Escrow agent’) who will release the source code to registered clients under certain agreed circumstances. The client then has the right to use the source code or take it to another software designer to add, amend or support, therefore ensuring continuity of business.
